In 1998, TW telecom, then known as Time Warner Communications, was formed into its own entity. Then, in May 1999, it was issued an initial public offering (IPO). The TW Telecom Management Team built a foundation to support its customers for the long haul. In 2008, they officially became the new name of the company a recognized name in integrated telecom solutions.
Today, TW Telecom serves markets nationwide over its own facilities with more than 27,000 route miles of fiber and over 16,000 “on-net” commercial buildings connected. It has two National Operations Centers (NOCs) in Littleton, CO and O’Fallon, MO, where its solutions are monitored for quality 24/7/365 to ensure the best and most reliable service. TW Telecom delivers its telecommunications solutions and hosted voice services from 75 sales and service offices throughout the country.
